One sad part of relocating my law practice, and my life, to Orange County is that I will no longer be a tenant of yours. (Gosh, being the first tenant in the building and all, it's been a long time!) I wish you, your father and your family success and all good things to come. The next tenant better realize how lucky they are.

We always felt welcomed and cared about - anything that went wrong, we knew you would take care of as soon as possible. When we had those awful leaks, we knew you were just as upset as we were and appreciated the consideration you showed us in resolving it. We felt we had friends as well as a landlord.
